CriticalCogir Senior Living Kent Wa is changing. There is a new executive director in training she does not have the qualifications to be executive director and is causing a lot of stress and unhappiness for myself and other residents. I have been told that they would help me find another place.Way to much hassle and work to move ,so I will stay here not very happy but hoping that things will change. There is a active investigation by Washington State Omsbudmen concerning my and other concerns. I have been living in assist…

PositiveThe Staff has been fantastic. The food is basically the same thing over and over. Not a lot of selection. She is still working on way finding, when I say this it is getting off the elevator on her floor, just with as little as painting an accent wall would help tremendously. Overall it's the people and so far they have all been really helpful, it shows that they truly care. We are very happy to have Mom living at Cogir of Kent.
