This place was beautiful and the staff seemed very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful, amazing. my overall experience was very positive and would have been a positive experience unfortunately the room was not what we were looking for just yet needed something a little bigger my mom wasn’t ready for a studio type apartment just yet. But we definitely will consider this place in the future if things change in her future. This place is worth a look for sure.

Wonderful experience, I highly recommend this facility

My experiences were great I met when [name removed] the relations director she explained everything and answered all my questions and gave me a tour. [name removed] is the health and wellness and she is very involved in my husband's care. They have really fun activities. I think the food is good they meet all requirements. My husband's room is a studio and is adequate for him. They keep it very clean. They staff checks on him all the time to make sure he is doing ok. Glad I made the choice to send him to Lotus Park

From the time I walked everybody was so friendly and everybody spoke to you. [name removed] was absolutely wonderful she showed you around and after the took all the you needed to ask questions. When I left both my son and I knew where my husband was going.

Review for Cogir of Lotus Park

They were very slow on following up with original promises before admission. Two months later her blinds were finally repaired and her cable tv hooked up and her flower box installed. Also mix ups with billing several times. Over charging. Her room wasn't repainted as promised either. Just some spotty touch ups that were obvious. Porches were finally cleaned of dirt and cobwebs after several requests by all three daughters. I like the facility and I think the staff is trying and kind but they need more maintenance …

I thought the folks at Lotus were great! They were very patient with my Dad and all the help he needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Caring Memory Care

The staff is very friendly. They are patient and kind with the memory care patients. I wish the memory care patients had a choice of meals, and had more access to snacks and beverages, like the non-memory care residents do. I would love to see a larger variety of activities, but it is possible that I am just not aware of the activities that they have available to them.
