College Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is great. Sometimes my husband gets a bit difficult, but they know how to handle him. They have really helped me and have taken a lot off from my hands. The staff is wonderful. My husband's room is great. He has a lot of room to move around in. The dining area is nice, too. They're billing Medi-Cal.

Even though our family researched the quality of College Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, which was rated five out of five stars, I strongly recommend that others do not place their loved ones in this facility. Granted, the staff is friendly; however, my mom was left unattended too often, denied phone privileges, on occasion, to call family, and was denied reasonable care. My Mom has been in College Oak Nursing and Rehab for approximately six weeks. Upon entering the facility to visit I was walking down the hall way and the Nursing Director ask me if I need any help, I explained to her that I was visiting and wanted to get a tour of their facility. Even though she was on her way to complete another project she stopped what she was doing to show me through the facility. When we were done she took me up to the admitting office to see the Admitting Manager and she was not there, so she …
