We visited the assisted living facility of Colliers at Lakeland Hills. We really liked it. It has a very large apartment, and it was just very nice and spacious. The staff members were also very nice.

We have lived in the independent facility at the Colliers for a few months and it is fantastic. The food ,staff and employees are awesome and extremely caring. If anyone is looking for an assisted or independent facility we would strongly recommend Colliers.

Arbor Oaks at Lakeland Hills was very nicely laid out. The rooms were nice. They have a nurse on duty. They have a doctor available. The staff was very nice. It was very clean. They had different room sizes, and they were OK.

My mother-in-law moved in at Arbor Oaks at Lakeland Hills. Her unit is unfurnished, with 1 bedroom and a nice bathroom. Some units are more spacious than others. Three meals are included per day. They have a lot of activities, like bingo, crafts, happy hour, and chair exercises. They contract with a group that does therapy on-site. They have on-site nursing staff available 24/7. My mother-in-law chose this place and she likes it a lot. They have a chef, so all the food is prepared in-house. I've tried some of …

Arbor Hills has had its problems like most facilities. High turnover of staff, uninteresting food or lots of cream sauces and food so tough my elderly parent can't eat it. A lot of internal turmoil. People moving out as fast as they enter. Administration "listens" to resident complaints but there is rarely solutions provided. I get the feeling this place is more about the money than it is about its residents. There are a few staff who have been super helpful and sweet but even they are limited in their ability to e…
