The staff has a "can do" attitude. They respond quickly when residents press their call buttons. Management is very available and responsive to our needs. They act quickly when issues come up, and don't hesitate to call us when they need a decision about some concern.

Dad is happy

It is a great place. My Dad really likes the staff. Everyone is very nice and responsive. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the cost is pretty crazy. It is an aging in place facility though so the price is all inclusive. It is very clean, the rooms are average size but they seem to accommodate nicely. My dad says the food is good. He's not really into too many activities but they offer plenty of things to do.

The entire staff at Colonial Oaks is wonderful. From the executive director to the nurses, therapists, CNAs, housekeeping, maintenance team, and even the cook, there is a genuine sense of warmth and caring throughout the facility. Great people

My husband was put here cause he is on hospice care. He has Gliobastoma, his time is short. We have been here 2 weeks and I have met a lot of great, caring people. Not only do they have concern for my husband’s needs but they always ask if I need anything.

My elderly mother has lived here for a year now. She is content and comfortable, and feels very much at home. The staff treat her like family, they are patient and caring. And even more important, she is treated with respect. Walking into the facility is a great feeling also, the atmosphere is welcoming and bright. My Mom has resided in Colonial Oaks Springhill since February 2026. The staff is truly phenomenal. The facility is nice and everyone is very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this facility.
