CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The rooms are adequate and the staff is loud when speaking to each other in the hallways and common areas. A lot of the residents like to nap but are awakened by staff yelling to each other and the overall attentiveness is lacking in my opinion. There are some wonderful staffers but there are others that are there playing on their phones and the overall care is compromised. There is alternatives to this place which is what I recommend. My father has dementia and this is not the place for him.

My mom was in this place for two weeks and was worse off physically than she was when she arrived. First off we rotated shifts as a family so we knew the staff comings and goings my mom had an aneurysm and stroke and need care around the clock which they did not provide. It was 1 LPN and 1 CNA per shift. They are very short staffed. My mom wasn’t turned or changed every two hours shoot not even twice a day most days. We would have to ask for her to be cleaned and for pain medicine. Her therapy was not being given a…

I don't know how to begin this but by saying excellent. The service and care that the staff provided for my sister was huge! The staff called me and gave me updates on my sister and gave her so much warmth. The faciality called me during Hurricane Ida with daily updates telling they had Food, Water & Power -- plenty of air conditioning. I never needed to worry. If you need help they are a great people to have along with you. St Catherine's provided hospice there for my sister and made her very comfort…
