PositiveWe went to see Columbia Cottage. It was very nice. The building was well maintained. The staff members that we interacted with were very nice. They seemed to have taken interest in the residents there. We went into the rooms. The admission people were very nice in explaining everything there. Overall, it was a really good experience. The food smelled good. We saw residents there, and they all seemed very satisfied. It was a good experience.

PositiveWe visited Columbia Cottage-Wyomissing, and the experience was very good, but it's just a little bit costly. The apartments were very nice. They gave us a basic tour. We saw the dining area, but we did not eat there.
