CriticalMy mother has dementia and was starting to wander so we needed to put her in a safe environment. Even though Rockhill is not a secure facility, they assured us she would be safe. We were told she was found outside the facility 3 times, 2 of those times with a security wristband which was supposed to keep the doors locked. Not true. For her safety, we had to get her out ASAP.
