Patients left in their own feces for hours. Night nurses fast asleep with room alarms ringing. Inedible food. Deplorable hygiene. Staff that bullies, ignores, and threatens. Doctors that arbitrarily alter medications. Windows, hones, beds, and call buttons that do not function. Inedible food with no choices. Hell on earth.

They seemed to take care of my father with the gentlest care, event when he may not have behaving as they might have liked. Complete Care at Green Knoll is truly an inspiration to nursing care and I hope other homes are as good as this one. We were very lucky to find it.
