My father is in Complete Care at Harborage in hospice. I'm happy with the care he's getting, even though I know it's a lot of money. He's content, and he's not complaining, so I'm just gonna leave him there for now. He's been there three weeks now. Everybody's very attentive, very loving, very caring, and very patient. I have no complaints. His room is OK. It's very clean. The custodial staff is always cleaning and disinfecting. It doesn't smell bad whenever you go.…

The nursing staff is to little or small for so many patients. The answer The call bell after an hour and a half and then say they're coming back. To get pain meds take for ever. Food is fair. Rooms are clean but small. I seen patients falling because they try to get up and they don't answer the bells. To many patients for the poor staff. I was there for spinal back surgery and I couldn't get up and they offer me diapers so I can do pee pee. That's some nerves !! When I have stitches all over my …

- Understaffed: 20 residents per CNA and 32 residents per Nurse. 64 residents per floor. - Residents are left unatteded due the lack of staff. - food is basic. - rooms are clean - staff is fine with some exceptions - the Administration is new and need to work hard to make improvements. NJ Law requires: 8 residents per CNA and 10 per Nurse . Harborage has to Follow the law.

My friend was there for over 3 years. The last month she had no phone service. I kept calling the place and telling them the phone was out. Nobody paid attention. The phone was her connection to the outside world. She had no family and most of her friends have passed. I am so sorry she passed without been able to talk to her.

This place is horrible. They don't take care of the patients. Instead they are taking naps in the dining area. They take forever to assist the people that are bed ridden. Very rude workers

My wife is now at Harborage. They're taking care of her. She fell and she had surgery in her shoulder. I cannot go and visit her; I cannot see her. I believe two persons were positive on the COVID, and now things are getting very strict to get in there. All I get is a call, and so far I don't have much on what's going on. So far, when we talk, they're pretty good, but I don't know how things are. If I can go over there I can only come to the main entrance, but from there I can't do any…
