CriticalIt’s very short staffed. They put you in diapers. I was left in my urine for 40 plus minutes numerous times with grade 3 bedsores. One nurse would not help me he came in my room told me to wait till after report. Some staff nice outside of nursing like pt and speech. Most of the aides have attitudes. Loud at night, one aide sang loudly . Don’t go. Run there are better options. Still have nightmares from there.

CriticalDuring a time of Covid I am amaze that a few of the nursing staff do not wear mask. We all know that the patients cannot bring Covid into the building this is transmitted by staff, outside visitor who are not told to wear a mask or delivery people. You may not like to wear a mask but, this patients are vulnerable and we need to protect them and ourselves. When these out breaks happen it delays family from visiting their loved ones. Please not that the response to get a call back is unacceptable I have left message …

CriticalThis place is awaful. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother was a resident there, and it took me less than a day to decide to get her out of there. They tried their best to delay her leaving, (i.e.. things like not cooperating with the new nursing home, not returning phone calls, etc). The way they treat the elderly patients is horrible. If they can't toilet themselves, they are left to sit for hours in their own urine and feces. When my mother would request to go to the bathroom, they would say, go in…

CriticalI am in here now and don't go ! An absolute disgrace! I was sent g here to finish antibiotics from Pennsylvania hospital and the staff good are nothing short of horrendous! The way they talk to you and treat the elderly which I am not is right out of a horror movie! Do not send your loved ones here! They will be treated like a dog!

CriticalI would give negative stars if I could. My Mother was discharged to this rehab after lung surgery for breathing rehab. In 8 hours, she fell and broke her femur and injured her hip. She still had the fall risk bracelet on from the hospital! Now she is back in the hospital and looking at a long road to recovery. The lack of care and safety at this facility is just plain dangerous.
