PositiveMy mom was a resident on the 4th floor of Regent for the last 10 months. The care from the entire staff was excellent. She enjoyed the food and the many daily activities that were available. The place is extremely clean, with rooms cleaned daily. After a transition period. She really came to enjoy being there. My only regret is that she did not get to enjoy it longer.

CriticalIf I can put ZERO stars I would! This place is a joke! My father was sent here for short term stay and in one week EVERYTHING that should not happen actually happened! AWFUL NO COMPASSION , rude , non attentive workers (nurses , CNAs) they don’t care what so ever about your loved ones. My dad suffered in that place for one week until I decided enough is enough! Do not send your loved ones to this place unless you want them to leave with bedsores , or dead! WORSE place pleaseee stay away!

PositiveRegent Care Center has a nice lobby and set of elevators as you walk in. These elevators bring you to a surprisingly open-feeling level that my family member was staying on. The hall ways were buzzing with activity as nurses helped residents move about the floors if they were not able to on their own. After passing the large nurse's station we saw a community lounge where many people were visiting their grandparents and watching television on a fairly large t.v. I was surprised to see how many of the residents…
