CriticalNursing, activities, rehab, and the CNA‘s are the only thing good in this place. The doctors are crap. At least the ones that I got to deal with. Food was not great doctors changing orders without consulting or even seeing their patients arguments out in the hallways between workers and supervisors workers workers and orders not being followed all the pictures you see online of the rooms and everything. I wanna know what rooms they were in because the room that I was in was not that great. The closet had a hole in …

CriticalA recent visit to a friend was disappointing, the bathroom was not up to par, asking for assistance for my friend was impossible. When a person is gagging from the fluid in the tube that is to help him breathe and someone says it’s not their job to assist is cause for concern.

CriticalArrived there August 16,2024 for an arranged respite stay for my father who is a veteran. We toured here on July 1,2024 with the woman in charge of admissions. She showed us the memory care unit and answered all my questions. They already had him on their schedule to arrive on the 16 of August then in September for a stay. Upon our arrival they looked shocked and had no idea why we were there. They assured us my father would be accommodated. After 30 minutes, we were told by the assistant administrator not to worry…

CriticalPlease I mean please do your research before bring your Love one here. I'm here for rehabilitation let me tell you I had too great therapist the rest of the staff are not pleasant this place is a hole in the wall. I've have been here for 3 weeks to long. The staff is nasty the place is not clean the rooms look so dark. take your love one's some where else.
★★★★★
CriticalThe rooms are clean when in a private room and asking the staff to clean up, if not they are quite lazy. Everything is a facade there, if you could avoid going there or sending someone there, please do so. If they could avoid bathing, brushing teeth (of patients), changing their diapers they'll avoid it. I just wish I would have known this earlier. They will give a relative and or family member a tray of food to feed the patient if someone is there.

PositiveThey make you feel like your family. Y ou dont mind leaving there. The place is clean the food is great. When you call they talk to you with compassion and caring. Everyone is in such a great mood. There is always something to do so you are not bored. Even the rooms are like home. I would surely recommend them to others. The best it is and truly a COMPLETE Care.
