Everything gets a 5. Staff is super respectful and available 24-7. My grandmother loves the food and is finally putting back on lost weight. Any issue is promptly dealt with.

Staff: Office staff were all good and responsive. Care: Some caretakers were good. However, because of the condition of my husband's health, he was deemed too hard to lift so quickly became someone that no one wanted to care for. We were paying premium price with no service. They ended up leaving him in bed all the time. Family provided the service. Activities: None interested him. He was bored. Food: He did not like the food so mostly ate the fruit and the desert, when/if they had it. Cleanliness: Was not good…

Overall it was a great experience. There were a few staff we did not care for but there were a few that were exceptional. The rooms were always very clean. I like the size of the apartments. They were just right for our mother not so big that it was hard to get around but big enough as to not feel cramped.

There is either a disconnect with the Nurse practitioner and the nurses or we are being misinformed. I would recommend them and I have already recommended them. I think it would be very important to have an engaged family with medical knowledge.
