I was so pleased with the care and the love that was given to my mother. She was happy and comfortable. We enjoyed all the activities so much We will always remember. Careing for our loved ones was top priority Employees were excellent.

This facility is a nightmare. During my visits, I witnessed the staff members show little attention to the residents/patient, and they often served cold meals during mealtime. If the resident refuses to eat the cold food, the staff states the resident is noncomplying. When you called to check up on your loved ones, you often get rude responses from the workers. Some of the staff at Cornell Care are nice, but there a few that have a lack of professionalism or have no empathy for the residents or the visiting guests.…

My godmother has been in and out of this facility over the last few years, and it seems to have gotten worse. Staff not too helpful and not to friendly. Residents don't get the care and sympathy they need. My cousin has complained that the food is horrid and complained and the staff questioned his culinary ability (he has been in the industry for 30 years)

today i tried to speak with the physical therapy department Ms. Anna answered the phone. she may need Front Desk training or spoken to by management. I see I'm not the only one complaining about her telephone skills. I know they can do so much better if they all try. For along time I haven't been happy with their service.
