Corning Therapy the staff is beyond helpful and set the standard for caring and being warm. The staff is well trained and educated with extraordinary customer service. The facility is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The rooms are good size and can accommodate touches from home to make their space cozy. This is the worst place ever to take a loved one the CNA's do not do their job right and they throw the residents around like rag dolls. This place is seriously a freaking joke!!! I would never let my family stay there again. The administrator and the director of nurses do not do anything about the complaints they recieve because they believe all of the older employees.
