I am a friend or relative of a resident

As far as I can tell, the care at Union Hill Country Estates has been great, and the staff is friendly. It’s a home where my grandmother has 24-hour care. Well, it’s kept up just fine. It’s a home that has several bedrooms, a main kitchen area, and a main living room area. It’s a nice place.

Critical

Well organized. I felt the Director could of been a little warmer. Did not ever ask me to sit down to talk. Was very matter of fact. Was very conserned about how much money there was. She was the only one who asked me exactly how much money was left, (not how long it would probably last. Great woodsy setting.
