CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother was a resident here. Do not expect to go anywhere... not even a doctor's appointment 1/2 block away... they advertise transportation, but don't provide it. Don't complain. It does not end well. You're always 30 days away from looking for a new place to live. It all sounds great in the brochures, the visit where you check everything out, but beware. Also, there is no diabetic menu... and be prepared for lots of spaghetti and hot dogs.

My Mother chose to move to Country Place when she was no longer comfortable living by herself at home. She lived there 7 years until her passing. She absolutely loved living there. The staff and other residents became like family to her. The set up of the facility is designed to promote a mentally stimulating atmosphere. The common areas are well lighted and accommodating to social interaction. The staff is kind and courteous. The physical facility is always clean and refreshing. I have no reservations with recomme…

My mother-in-law opted to come to Country Place when she was no longer able to live by herself. From the very beginning of her stay the staff has been wonderful to both her and us. She LOVED living there!!

It is a smaller place and the residents get a lot of attention. The staff gets to know the residents like family. The food is very good. The room sizes and layout of the community are excellent. They have a nice walking path and a place for the residents to sit outside. They have a lot of outside activities and entertainment that they bring in for the residents to enjoy.

We were impressed with Country Place. The rooms were very nice. We were in there for a very brief period of time, but we did get to see some things that we were impressed by. The place seemed to be very clean. It had a nice atmosphere. There were fairly large rooms that were very well cared for.
