★★★★★
PositiveWe were both sincerely welcomed along with his dog, Elk. In fact whenever Elk visits, staff always makes sure that he has a bowl of water & sometimes even a treat. The staff is efficient & attentive. Residents are always treated with warmth & respect. Sometimes the food could be better but, there is plenty of it and residents have other choices if they so desire. Wonderful snacks are provided between meals. I am very thankful for Country House because I know my husband is well cared for.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was nice we just don’t need this type of facility yet. When our mother reaches the next level of care we will definitely consider it.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are very good with the people they care for. Plus, they are very pleasant with visitors. The allow me to bring my husband's dog to visit. I would recommend them.
★★★★★
PositiveI was unsure if I should even visit without advanced approval, but I was welcomed with open arms. I was given a tour, financial information, & made to feel this would be the perfect place for us. I like the fact that Country House is flexible. Being able to utilize short term stays will help my husband become comfortable with his surroundings.
★★★★★
PositiveCountryHouse in Dickinson was really good for my dad. The staff was wonderful. It's pretty much like a nursing home facility. He had a second person in his room. They were nice, adequate and very clean. The food was good. It was very expensive, but for the care he got, it was good. For activities, I know they had Bingo. They did cards on special events, too, like Valentine's Day and Christmas, so they always had something going on. It was just a very good and a very nice place. The staff seemed so caring.
