I toured Courtyard Retirement & Assisted Living. Each person was very professional. I met with the representative of the assisted living property. She took me on a tour. She was kind and courteous. She gave me a packet for my review, and everything was well organized. I saw some of the residents, and they were happy. The representative interacted with the residents, and it was nice. There were a variety of rooms, each one depending on the size. It had different amenities, but would have been more than enough to…

Food is not good - too much pasta meals. Activities - new director so it's pretty unfair to rate her so low but I will say the previous director was excellent. The staff are extremely nice- the room size is adequate but I miss my home.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents are at Courtyard Retirement & Assisted Living Community. When I go in, I always see staff there. I also see a lot of the tenants moving around and stuff, so it doesn't feel lonely. It's not a real solitude place. There's a lot of movement. They have a big eating area there. It's a one-story small place. My parents are there for assisted living, although my dad is diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but not full blown. He doesn't want to be separated from my mom, and if they put …

I was able to go to Courtyard Retirement & Assisted Living. I had a good meeting there. It's very nice. The facility itself is very clean and very immaculate. The personnel are very professional and easy to talk to. The building is very well maintained, very clean and orderly. The atmosphere is very professional. The room is awesome. It is great. Compared to where my loved one is, it's like night and day.
