COURVILLE AT MANCHESTER

Great Staff!

My loved one was previously a resident at Courville At Manchester and it was a great experience. They have a great staff. I would recommend this facility to others.

I was disappointed with the lack of interaction between staff and patients. Seemed like staff was unhappy and front desk was very unwelcoming.

Please be very careful in choosing Courville! I suggested to interview throughly. We found the care lacking! Cleanliness unacceptable a lot of the time. When we questioned anything especially injuries, the response every time was “We do not know”. It was very scary! I am glad I had the availability to be at the nursing home daily and for extended periods of time! If there is another choice I recommend going elsewhere! Most staff were inattentive, but thank goodness for the couple of staff that did do their job!

Courville needs help

Our loved one was at Courville of Manchester for four years. It was not a great experience! If you are considering Courville of Manchester for yourself or a loved one be prepared to question everything. We did! We know that all nursing home tend to be the same, but staff and administration can make the difference. I wish I could say this was the case. Nicest facility in NH; Seems understaffed

My father lives is at this facility. It seems understaffed, and some of the nurses/staff seem to not enjoy their job, but the facility is one of the nicest of its kind in the state. The social worker on staff is responsive, friendly and helpful,

Highly satisfied.

My mother stayed at this home for a few months prior to her death. The staff here treated her as their own mother with love and tenderness. Make no mistake they know their jobs and do them well but the human touch is never forgotten. I highly recommend the place!
