★★★★★
Positive[name removed] was very supportive. I had some questions and she was always easy to talk to and give answers/ fix any issue. She was also very patient. The rooms are good sized and they are very clean. The staff is so very nice and helpful.
★★★★★
PositiveThe care services seemed to be adequate, but I really can't judge this as our sister never lived there. I only saw what was on the menu list and it looked like reasonably decent food. We would recommend this community to other families.

PositiveI'm really happy with what Coventry is providing for my mom. There was a little wrinkle at move-in, as my mom's room had been accidentally damaged by construction the day before she was to move in, but Coventry provided a temporary larger apartment for her, and when her room was ready, they moved everything and set it up exactly as we had it in her temporary apartment. So they handled a difficult situation very well. The one thing they could do better at move-in would be to give the family a clear point of contact…

CriticalThe staff at Escalante at Coventry do not communicate well when issues arise such as suspected falls or as my mom's belongings (such as hearing aid) go missing. We are finding the issues out because my mom gets weekly visits from a nurse we hire separately from the facility or from our visits. We do not hear from the facility directly as issues arise. They have indicated they understand and share our concerns but have not improved communication for these issues. We are also concerned that although they present meal…

Positive[Name Removed] helped us get started. She is awesome. Everyone else we had contact with was friendly. One of the things and the reasons we chose that it was a little less costly, but it wasn't as big as some of the other places we went to. We figured our sister-in-law wouldn't have as far to walk to get to the lunchroom. It was a little more compact and felt more cozy so to speak. For her if she had come, I think she would've fit in better there than she would have in a really large facility. I can't give a ratin…

PositiveOverall, I'm quite pleased with the whole experience. It's a difficult job they have in memory care and I feel like they take pretty good care of my mom and actually care about her well-being . That being said there's not a whole lot. I think I could request differently given the difficulties that Group has.
