Horrible place!!

I visit my uncle here and you can tell they are short staffed. The hallways smell of sewage always, when you tell a staff members they spray Febreze all over the place. Trashcan are always full, they stink up the room. It took nearly 35 minutes for uncle to get ice water, and he finally did because I got it for him. Staff members gossip loudly about how they are short staffed and that they need to find their own coverage because their scheduler can't, in my opinion then why do they have a scheduler. This place is a…

I am/was a resident of this facility

Mari, the first person who answers the phones and is the Administrator's secretary is rude and uncaring towards the residents who have to call this place home. I, a resident here, have had to call the facility's main number to request help inside of this place when I have been unable to get a nurse. Many times Mari has repeatedly hung up on me and has refused to talk to me, or will just let my calls go to voice mail. Once I was trying to get help for a resident that was in distress and she hung up on me .…

I am/was a resident of this facility

I'm going to stay here at Creekside Transitional Care & Rehabilitation because they've given me a big private room. We have 24-hour nurses, and we have very good food here. They take excellent care of us. It's not like an assisted living facility with fireplaces and all those fancy things. Every hallway has its own RN, so they don't have to run everywhere. You have them available to you immediately. And we have all CNAs, we don't have any med techs. They have three or four doctors that …

Always clean, full of life and laughter

This place is like no other. I have seen many Skilled Nursing Facilities and this is the one you can walk in any time, day or night and there is no smell, its always clean, and the staff and patients are all laughing together. They interact and its not sterile and false and clinical. The staff genuinely connect with each other and the patients. The food is good, the management team is always helping, always attentive.
