PositiveGreat place, great facilities, great staff, and wonderful residences. Very friendly and a very “happy” vibe to it. Mom loves it there! And their director [name removed] is awesome! Mom initially was very hesitant and sad to go in, but it was time. She soon made new friends, became active and was very happy. And it gave me peace of mind that she was well looked after. Highly recommend Creston Village.

PositiveOverall experience - the right move at the right time. It is Clean. Some features are an little worn. Friendliness - mostly depends on the person and the day. More advanced care is limited. Recently lost the nursing director. Admin - [name removed] is fantastic. The food is adequate. Activities - I have not experienced all, but what I hear and see activities are adequate but not terribly creative or stimulating for the intellect of the residents. Cost - seems reasonable in the market.

CriticalGood social schedule, my mother really enjoyed the trips. Nice facility, good food. Regularly short staffed, often no response from staff to phone calls and emails. Billing system is not very good.

And the reason is, the bathrooms were accessible. If you had a one bedroom, you could get to the bathroom from the living room kitchen area and the bed…

PositiveMy father has moved into Creston Village. He is transitioning into memory care. They didn't have a room for him, but he is in assisted living temporarily until he can move. It seems more open and more airy whereas in the other place, it felt like you're on a ship. Creston Village has more outdoor seating areas, a garden, and a patio. You can have your meal out there if you want. There's more outdoor stuff for my dad to do. My dad is not a game player and he doesn't like bingo and all that other …
