PositiveMy brother is a long term patient here and in the beginning it was hard for him , he had a brain injury so he did not understand a lot, wasn't eating or talking , he has come a long way in a year and a half despite his challenges and he seems comfortable there. He had a few nurses that he really like , [name removed] is his favorite and he says he is not sure what he would do without her. Most of the staff are very nice and caring, it's a tough job, you have to be a little patient and everything works out.

PositiveThe aides were helping and the nurses were helpful. The floor manager immediately addressed my concerns. It is a little overwhelming, there are a lot of patients in need.
