Have been impressed with the facility, food, nursing and overall care. It's important for mom to feel like the folks around her care. The Dove has been super to date. She feels like it's home. All we can ask. Mom has not fully taken advantage of several activities at the Dove but says she is going to engage in more of them.

We toured Dove Estates Senior Living. It's hard to find at first, because it was so far out. But it was not a bad place at all, ever. It seemed very nice. The facility itself was well-kept and also a newer one. It's very appealing to look at. The one thing that got us was that it was almost unprepared for us coming. I think Dove Estates Senior Living is a very nice facility. We walked by some of the apartments, and the residents' doors were open. They were saying hi. I think it looked very clean overall. The room was definitely adequate and more like an apartment size. They have exercise facilities, a community room, and a library.

I like the atmosphere at Dove Estates. It seemed like the people there were very happy, and they kept telling me the food was good. The family member that I am helping to move there is a master gardener, and she could work in the courtyard and the raised gardens. That would be very important to her.
