Duluth Heights Lodge Senior Living was very, very nice. The woman who gave us the tour was very lovely, so nice, so helpful, answered questions, and didn't rush us through. I couldn't recommend her more highly. She was a sweet woman. What I like least is the price. I'd like it to be cheaper. I also would like to see more facilities without carpeting, so that you can put down a rug, but so many of them have carpeting in the living room. Duluth Heights Lodge Senior Living was a nice place. I really liked it. It was a nice, wonderful tour. The person who toured us was very informative and nice, and we toured the little apartments that we were interested in, which are very nice. Then this one nice lady who lives there let us come into her place to see how it looked when you had furniture and stuff in it, and that was really a big help. The staff was very nice and friendly, and if you had any questions, they were ready to answer them for you, and that…

The entire facility and rooms were very clean. The staff was always attentive to all needs and truly cared for the residents whether they were independent or in need of more advanced care. It was always nice to visit to see the happy faces on the residents and staff especially during the many activities that are offered.
