we really like our apartment. it is clean and spacious. The staff at Eagle Pointe Place is very friendly and helpful. and the residents are nice too.

My review has not changed much. After my mother left the facility, she was still billed for an additional two months, and we were also charged for guest meals even though she was no longer there. The accounting employee changed three times in just three months, which made an already frustrating billing situation even more difficult to resolve. These issues added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time for our family.
