Given how difficult the times were and now always being able to allowed to visit we did find the staff to be very warm, caring and loving people. Our loved ones time there was a little rough at first, but the staff did a really good job communicating with us and helped us stay connected with our loved one. After a couple weeks our loved one felt much more comfortable and talking about how nice the people were and taking such good care of him. It is always a brand new community
