PositiveMy mom moved into Eagle Springs. I'm very happy with this place and I think they take very good care of her. The staff is very kind and caring. When I call and talk to them, I'm confident in the answers that they give me. They give her insulin, check her blood sugar, and make sure she's taking her meds. They make sure she's showering and washing her hair. They have a very nice activities director and they play dominoes, bingo, and they do some arts. They read stories where they all have a copy o…

PositiveMy loved one is not invloved in activites. It's kind of expensive. We picked this community because they had a vacancy. The staff was really great and seemed very caring.

PositiveAfter going through four previous elder care experiences, we were rewarded with Eagle Springs. My 96 year old first cousin only lasted about a month before she passed away. Eagle Springs provided her with the best care during that last month. I highly recommend this facility and its caring staff. The director was excellent and very caring. Please excuse me for taking so long to respond. My cousin passed away [date removed]

PositiveThis has been a very good experience for the family and my loved ones. It has been an easy transition for my loved ones into the community. Everyone is super nice and friendly to work with if we have questions or concerns about our loved ones. The monthly fee includes the apartment, utilities, all the meals, housekeeping, laundry, changing of linens, care, and maintenance. The hygiene care items and clothes are needed by the community for our loved ones. The community does have some furniture for the residents to…

CriticalMoved my mo there thinking she was going to be safer there, in a lil over a month she fell 4X’s the 3rd time she broke her hip and the staff just put her back to bed they only called me 3X’s and didn’t give me the extent of her injuries, When I moved her out I was told how sorry they were and that they are making changes. I would take my worst enemy there, My mom was walking now she’s in a wheel chair for the rest of her days

PositiveAfter having to take my husband out of one facility that took horrible care of him I was a little nervous about placing him somewhere else but I was pleasantly surprised about this place. The staff is taking excellent care of him they had a lot of medical issues they had to help him overcome. The staff is wonderful very patient and caring and they are honest they don't tell me things I want to hear but they tell me the truth. They do wellness checks on him all the time making sure he is comfortable. Because he doe…
