Mom is Happy

My mom has been at Eden Heights of Olean for over a year.Whenever I come to visit, she is always clean and dry. I have to go looking for her because she's never in her room. She spends a lot of time with her friends doing all kinds of activities. When I was looking for a place for my mom I looked at another fancy place, but I didn't like it. When I was looking for a place for my mom, I went to some other places that were more flashy, but When I went there, I couldn't find staff or any residents. I walked into Eden Heights of Olean and immediately saw happy residents that were joking with each other, and smiling staff. The Administrator was actually helping a resident, not just sitting in some office. My mom has been at Eden Heights for just over a year, and she loves it. My mother-in-law is in the memory care unit of Eden Heights of Olean while my father-in-law is in assisted living. Their staff is fantastic. They're in communication with us all the time when they have an issue coming up with my in-laws or questions regarding something. They have a pool area, a community room, and puzzle games. The staff in the head office was wonderful, even though they have nursing staff you need to keep an eye on things and make sure your visiting and double-check with the staff and make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this community to others.
