Was terrible disappointed with the service from Windsor Heights. Didn't give the required 30 day notice. Filed a claim against Windsor Heights. Don't want anything to do with them in the future and will certainly warn prospective clients about their shoddy operation.

PositiveWindsor Heights Transitional Assisted Living and Memory Care
My husband was admitted to Windsor Heights with severe mobility issues following a hospital stay. He has made great progress with the assistance of physiotherapy and occupational therapy since his admission. The staff has been caring and friendly and he has enjoyed the morning activities and dining experience. He has a spacious room where he can entertain visitors although there are other very nice spaces to sit with friends and family. He has been quite relaxed here and staff have taken good care of all his needs.
