Run, do not bring your loved one here. My mom gets ignored , no breakfast or lunch, her wound care is not being done properly, the staff can't seem to find Dr orders, she was given meds from unmarked pill bottles, the place smells of urine and feces, not many English speaking staff.shall I keep going??

My sister-in-law is at Edenbrook St. Cloud. It's not the best. They're slow at helping. The food is not all the greatest. They could use way more help. She doesn't get much help for what they do because their beds aren't fixed very often. She sits in the wheelchair all day and doesn't get help out of the chair whatsoever until bedtime. She claims that when they do help her out, they handle her pretty rough. Some of the main staff that I've talked to sound like they're caring, but …

We had a hard time finding placement for my father-in-law due to some of his needs. From the moment we walked in the staff here were welcoming, accommodating and caring. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for care for their family member!!

The facility always seems clean and the staff is very friendly. My grandmother is not able to do a lot for her self, but with added cost, she is able to stay in her apartment and basically have nursing home level care. She does complain that the food is not very good. She has a nice view out her window. There is also services that will help her get to the grocery store if she were able.
