My dad and stepmom are residents of Edgewood Baxter. It is very convenient because it's not a big area. They don't have far to go, like the elevator, the activity room, and the dining room. It's all in the center. All the staff are very nice and very helpful except for the head of the nursing staff. My sister is in assisted living at Edgewood Baxter. They have memory care, too. It's very friendly. It's like a family community with very good food and very caring people. They have transportation to Wal-Mart, they can order food from Cub and have it delivered, and they take them to their doctor appointments. They said that there was a van that would take them to other things like the bank, but now they're saying they don't do that. That was the only thing that we were kind of disappointed in b…

Mom is so Happy

When we walked in to tour this community it was so inviting and we got such a good vibe. The staff is accommodating and caregivers really care for the residents it's not just a job to them. It is close to family so we can visit often. The food is great but they could work on their pies! In my mom's words. She has made lots of friends and loves the activities. I toured this community for care. The staff was nice and the community seemed to be clean from what we were able to see. They have a nice menu and they do have a list of activities for the residents. The community come has a good feeling and we would recommend that families tour the community for the care of a loved one's needs
