The facilities were very clean and the staff was very courteous. Even on third shift the staff was always willing to listen and always wanted to help the residents. Each and every time I would visit I was always greeted in a very respectful manner and was proud to leave a family friend here. The care here is truly top of the line, as the nurses and even assistants are particularly well educated, some of them moonlighting at the home while attending college classes.
