PositiveIt was enjoyable to visit and quite unique. It has a very different environment from most of the other facilities that you are in competition with. Especially the children being around in the day care and city facility.

PositiveMy sister and I had a very informative and fun meeting with [name removed] yesterday. She took the time to give us a tour of the complex, and answered every question we had in considering Edina Heights for our mom. There was a very happy ”vibe” there. We saw people being active and social as we walked all around! Areas were clean, open and inviting. [name removed] knew the residents by name and greeted them all. It was a pleasure to be there!

PositiveEnjoyed the atmosphere and cleanliness as we entered the facility. Connected to community indoor park area so there is activities going on all day. Dining facilities are unique overlooking park area. Room types and views are great.

Overall experience is generally good. Food is good and low cost. Dining room service is sometimes quite slow. Apartment is kept clean, temperature is manageable, there is a light switch issue that is inconvenient. Main issue for me is not having laundry in apartment.
