The culture is very positive and friendly. Memory Care has gone through 3 activities directors in a year and currently is without one. Staff all seem to know my parents by name which is nice. Overall I'd recommend it. They were bought out by Sinceri, btw

PositiveVery nice. I'm looking for at least a two bedroom and liked the apartments on the 18th floor. The location on 494 is problematic for me. I've lived in St. Paul for 45 years and it would be difficult to my friends to drive that busy freeway to come to see me. And whenever I want to go somewhere, I'd would often have to use that busy road. But it's not deal-breaker.

PositiveOur experience thus far
One disappointing thing is that the major reason for choosing there was that the rent locks for life. That was our contract. With the sale, they voided that portion. The food is great, the Staff is great. I love the energy and the attachment to the park for grandkids. It sounds like they may be able to age in place now, though, which was not the case before. So if they need assisted living, I think they can stay in their apartment. The apartment is small, but it works fine.
