PositiveThe staff, food and room size are good. We had an issue after moving in with medication but Hospice came and straightened it out. Since the Memory Care Cottages are kept locked it sometimes takes a few minutes to find someone to let you in and out. Usually depends on the time of day as staff can be busy with other patients.

Positive5 for all. They are great and my mom is very well cared for. Everyone there is Very helpful & attentive & caring & polite [name removed] is amazing and always engaged with everyone and is on top of everything, he she goes beyond to help and find solutions. The facility is very clean & well maintained. They schedule lots of fun activities and encourage everyone to join in

PositivePlease keep in mind that my husband was only there for 3 days before he passed, therefore; my experience with them was very limited. The staff working in the memory care unit are very kind, compassionate and efficient. They provided the absolutely necessary care in my husband's last days that I could not. The menu offered a wide variety of choices and the food quality very high. I really appreciated the ability to join my husband at mealtimes.

PositiveMother has Alzheimer’s. I have cared for her for 13 years. Family members were concerned for my mental health as well as her long term situation. We began our search and nothing felt right -until Elan. Setting aside the facilities far surpass others -design/decore, it’s the PEOPLE that make it happen. [Names Removed] actually love Mother. This is more than nice words. It’s application in physical and emotional care. I’m just grateful this final chapter in Mothers life has been so meaningful.

Positive[Name Removed] was very welcoming upon first arrival. I knew exactly where to go. [Name removed], she was clearly a nurse, was very informative and really seemed to have a great energy for her work. Very impressed! On another note the facility seemed quite spacious for the most part. Great experience

CriticalThe care I received has been wonderful from all but a couple of the RA’s. Recently though two of the absolute best RA’s were fired. They went out of their way to be helpful. I am really sad about it. The food service is ridiculous. Too much spice and sodium. We are elderly and need low sodium, less fried, and less spicy food. I have been waiting for two months to get the kitchen light and my window leak fixed. The girls work very hard here. They are chronically understaffed and working double shifts. I think adm…
