The apartment was very nice . The living room kitchenette dining space was comfortable. Had a pull out double sofa. TV dining table and stove and small fridge. Separate bedroom with a walk or (roll in shower in the bathroom. The dining experience was very good. Dan had his wife in for many meals. His laundry was done for him . He was usually out doing some activity. His wife liked the fact that some residents were able to have pets in their apartment. All in all staff were very friendly . That was a few years a…

Some staff inconsistencies

Most of the staff is good. There is a big turnover. Weekends are inconsistent with help. Communication is not always good. My mom doesn't like the food. The apartment size is good. Spacious living room. Bedroom are small. Housekeeping is inconsistent.

I visited this facility

Elderwood Village at Williamsville is clean. The people working there are nice. The residents are nice. It's really expensive. The menu looks wonderful. They had a pool table, a game room, and a garden where you could do gardening if you wanted.
