CriticalMy father was mistreated at this facility both physically and mentally and charged for services he did not receive. Personal items went missing and were not addressed. When filing a grievance and asking to speak with someone about his concerns, they refused, even though we continued to ask several times.

PositiveFor 5 years I've been witnesses what my Mother & Father in Law have experienced in 4 levels. (Independent, Assisted, Short Term, Long Term) They have been incredibly thankful from day one in Independent to now assistant. Trials with health, caused them the need an almost overnight move up to assisted and Long Term care. We were so impressed how they adjusted that move as quickly and smoothly as possible. All those working I've connected with have shows such a caring spirit. My father-in-law passed awa…

PositiveI liked the setting at Eliseo. It was down by the water and it was very, very attractive. They were in the middle of a big build, so it was very noisy, and a lot of the entrances were blocked. I just saw one apartment and it was very small but very doable. It was very well laid out and well thought out. I also liked the fact that it had a complete kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. The food wasn't outstanding, but it was good. They had a lot of activities going on there. They had wine tasting twice a wee…

CriticalDisappointed in the bait-and-switch approach. Marketing person showed me the pool, the arts bldg, the gardening area, etc. as if my spouse could use them, but when I spoke with the Nursing Director, it was clear that there was no way my spouse could access those options unless I paid someone to take him or did it myself. The MC unit is small and the fact that they're proud each room has a bigscreen TV shocked me; that isolates pts who need socialization! YIKES. No way. No thank you.

CriticalSince the new CEO came, it’s like a whole new place! They use to put the residents/staff first but now it just seems the CEO cares about money. The staff have said he is unkind. They are have staff leave quicker than they can bring staff on. Long time employees are leaving and it really makes me wonder. My dad has lived there for 7 years now and we have always loved it but not so much now.

CriticalMy mom was a resident of the Nursing Care Facility for 6.5 years. At first, things were good. When the new CEO came in things began to change. The quality of the food was horrid. She was always complaining about it. The food served to them was cold and tasteless. She spoke with the dietician several times about the foods she was served. She asked for no cream type of foods due to stomach issues yet was always served them. There was not much variety in the food. The last few years they were always short-staffed, she…
