If you are placing your loved one in memory care, you should consider Elite. I’m very pleased with the care my husband receives. [name removed] and [name removed] are caring and involved making sure everything runs smoothly. Check it out and I think you will be impressed.

It’s no wonder this community has such high staff turnover and management changes, as the owners care about nothing but the bottom dollar. If the poor caregiving, urine smell, and rundown appearance don’t give you pause, then the financial instability of a company over 7 figures in debt should. All these issues point to poor management, which leads to poor care. This has been an ongoing issue for years. I’ve spent a lot of time at The Opal, you can do A lot better!

My mom got SCABIES 3 times between April -Nov 2022 living in cottage 2! She was continually being reinfected because they were not following proper protocol. At the time of her move out it was my observation that several residents still had a rash. In my opinion my moms cottage was filthy, I had to routinely clean her room myself.
