We have not been able to go and visit this community in awhile due to COVID, however our first impression of this community was very good. We really liked how bright it was, and all of the amenities they have for the residents. The food they serve is very good according to our loved one, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

My Dad's vascular dementia progressed downhill quickly and we brought him to Olive Branch from another facility and thank God we found this place. The caregivers and staff at this facility are top notch--professional, kind, caring, compassionate. My Dad's last months were enriched because of them and I'll never forget how they even got him to smile--something I hadn't seen in months.... PositiveStaff was very descriptive in explaining the home and the facility looks very fresh and clean. I appreciated the rooms having safety precautions that other places I visited did not. I am currently a hospice Aide that travels to many facilities. I love this facility and the staff, they take great care of their residents and have so much fun doing it. Olive Branch is the only facility that I have been to that I would consider working at and would allow them to care for my family members without any concerns at all! If you want a wonderful homey place for your loved one this is definitely the place!

My favorite thing about this community would have to be how small it is. It is also a brand new location with lots of amazing aids working for them. I am very comfortable with the quality of care the overall staff is providing my mother. She has had no complaints about the food and has really enjoyed participating in the many activities they offer.
