CriticalHelpful Staff and a Comfortable Living Community.
I’ve been very pleased with my experience at Emerald Springs. The staff are wonderful, always willing to help, and they learn residents’ names quickly. My “studio” feels more like a small one-bedroom because the sleeping area is separated from the living room by a large archway. There is enough space for a bed, nightstands, dresser, and chair. PositiveVery nice facility, but challenge with the refund
We had a relative there for 2 1/2 weeks on respite care. Her husband had died and we were making arrangements with their house before taking her back to Wisconsin to her sisters. We were able to get in quickly and that was helpful. The facility seemed very nice. My husband paid the $[removed]for the month and we would get a refund on time not used. The only issue we had was when the refund came for the week and a half not used the check was written to the patient that was in the care center and not to us. It was no…

Emerald Springs Senior Living was a very nice facility. I loved it. I loved where it was located because it was more of a residential area, so it wasn't off a busy street or anything like that, but they didn't have any availability, and they were pretty pricey as well. I met one of the residents, and she was very bubbly, and she said she was very happy to be there. The food is great, and they have a lot of amenities. The rooms were very nice. My mom has lived here for almost a year and I cannot say enough good things about the care she receives. She's on a full-assisted living plan and one of her caregivers stands out above all. PRISCILLA is beyond amazing and always goes above and beyond and never misses a beat - and always with a big smile on her face! My mom adores her and cannot say enough good things. [Name Removed] was great and very professional. A nurse was suppose to change a wound clinic wound and they did not the 2 weeks [Name Removed] was there. We paid for a month of respite care with the understanding we would be reimbursed on days not there. [Name Removed]was there 16 days and a month has gone by with no reimbursement.
