Friendly Staff, Great Economic Care

My mother has lived there for over a year now. Eno Pointe is a no-frills facility that is very reasonably priced. That said, the place is always clean, the staff are friendly and the grounds are kept up nicely. My mother, who has Alzheimer's, but isn't a wanderer (they do not have locked memory care), always seems comfortable and happy. The food doesn't look exciting, but I haven't heard mom complain. I would never have found Eno Pointe without Seniorly. The facility is located on a beautiful wooded lot which is very quiet. This is not a fancy place but it is extremely clean, bright and cheerful. Everyone from the Manager, to the nurses, CNA’s and everyone else that works so hard are so friendly and caring. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, take the time to go visit Eno Pointe and experience for yourself.

My mother has been at Eno Pointe as a dementia patient for several years! She seems very content there. She is well cared for and treated with respect by the staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. She enjoys the meals and snacks offered. This is one facility that still allows protected outdoor visits in courtyard areas while still being monitored of a patients whereabouts. The nursing staff, med techs, housekeeping, recreation / office personnel and Director have always been kind and respectful!

I went to Eno Point Assisted Living. We met with the staff, and she talked to me out of not coming there. We did a mini-tour. We went in, we went to the conference room. It wasn't as clean, it wasn't as polished, the appearance was not as nice.

Eno Pointe Assisted Living is an older facility, but the cleaning is great. I'm not so satisfied in some other areas, but the price is OK considering the other facilities that I wish my brother could've gotten in. For the price and the assistance that you get, what they offer is good. I think that they have a staff shortage and that's really the biggest issue there, but I think they do well. Eno Pointe Assisted Living is WONDERFUL! The staff works hard to make sure all of the residents are well taken care of all day long. Ask for Sandra! She is full of life and will show you around. Her enthusiasm is of the greatest respect and admiration. I am the proud owner of Floki, my Therapy Dog. He has visited several Assisted Living Facilities and Eno Pointe Assisted Living is by far his favorite! It smells good!
