PositiveUpon entering the facility, it was very inviting and greeted. [name removed] showed us around and we were impressed with the hominess of the place. The memory care unit did have a slight urine smell to it, that the other section didn’t but maybe that’s normal. Also, all residents were in memory care were being moved downstairs for reno, but when they do have residents upstairs, there is not an elevator in the memory care unit, which worries me. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

There are very few activities. The activity calendar is full but most of the activities listed are canceled. The food is fair but they never have enough caregivers to help with dressing and showers. There is no longer a nurse on staff and the director doesn't listen to the residents.

The response time once the resident calls for help is at least 30 minutes. That's our biggest issue. Not many activities either. But the food is wonderful!
