★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is nice and the staff is great - always very friendly. Food choices are also good. Residents seem to enjoy interacting with one another. The one bedroom units are actually pretty large and well maintained.

PositiveI'm growing very fond of my new little apartment. It is small but I have everything I need and want. The staff is good. We are going through a staff shortage at this time but everyone has stepped up to help in all areas so we get our pretty good meals. The staff is attentive and answers calls quickly. Very nice, sweet and caring people. [name removed] and [name removed] are especially helpful in my new settling in. Laundry people need lessons on how to do folding of sheets as well as hanging shirts, pants etc. [nam…

CriticalUnfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Several times, we felt that the management and core staff were respectful, kind, and welcoming. They were so compassionate at times that they even brought us to tears. However, once we got my dad settled in, the experience seemed to change. PositiveThey were very amenable to her moving in--no questioning her memory issues or inability to walk. It was VERY expensive initially, but medical expenses dropped off considerably after a month or two. [name removed] seems very happy there. Loves the food and her independence.

PositiveRecommending this place to others is difficult to say. My sister liked living there because she could do things that were not healthy for her. Like drinking too much wine for one example. She had a fall (was it relating to the alcohol....,maybe). No I made a mistake about not putting her in a more intensive care situation. In January, [name removed] had double pneumonia, then she broke her ankle. She still requires intensive care. And I just didn't realize how much she is benefiting where she is at, at this time…

PositiveMakes my life easier and stress free. Good care, comfortable environment, meals provided make my life less stressful. Food is pretty good. Several choices for all meals. My rent was raised by approximately $[removed] a month first of this year. I'm going to have to move to a different facility that will accept Medicaid. My personal finances will be exhausted by Aug of this year. Even though Trustwell has applied for Medicaid it isn't available yet.
