I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband was sent to Fairfield Post Acute Rehab from the hospital. They're very good. I was very pleased with them. The upkeep is very good. They keep it very, very clean. The room is nice. There are three people in a room. It has a bathroom, closets, and their beds. It is adequate. They have a dining room. My husband didn't eat in there because he can't walk, but he ate his food from the bed tray. I didn't spend a lot of time in their dining room, but it was very nice. The best thing about th…

I visited this facility

The ladies that we saw at Fairfield Post-Acute Rehab seemed comfortable, content, cared for, and clean. They provide them with activities if they choose to participate in them, and one of the ladies plays bingo. They always appeared very kind to them. The facility always seemed clean, and there was not an unpleasant smell.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Fairfield Post-Acute Rehab seemed to be very clean. There were 3 patients to a room, but those rooms were very clean and much larger. My father didn’t like the food there. The staff was very regular and very friendly; even the administrators were attentive. When my father went in the first time, my family members and I spoke to the administrator, and it was more of what you would have expected upon him entering the facility and checking on things like his diet, what actually happened to him, why he was there, and a…

Critical

Understaffed, Bad Food, Bad Cleanliness

That one was not so good. The food was bad and the cleanliness was bad too. They only had one janitor for about 50 residents there. So by the time the janitor came around to my mother's room it was so filthy. The people were okay but I think they were understaffed especially during the evening hours. During the evening there would only be one person for about 10 or 15 people.
