PositiveThe staff was very good and friendly. Took really good care of residents. Checked in on residents regularly. The food was always pretty good with varied menus. The rooms and dining room always seemed very clean. Overall a very positive experience.

PositiveInitially, the experience was good. We had a good meeting with the salesperson and tour of the property. I brought my mom in for the evaluation, and that went very well. We met with some of the care staff and the head of the care staff. The room we picked out is very nice, and my mom was very happy with the room, furniture, and layout. There are lots of activities. Move-in was a little dicey. We found out that the salesperson I worked with was no longer there, and there was a lack of coordination and communicatio…

CriticalThe area most in need of improvement is the staff. Based on my experience, the nursing staff and care aides did not show the compassion or attentiveness that seniors deserve. I witnessed this firsthand in the way my father, who had dementia, was treated during his stay. I also found the administrative staff to be lacking in transparency. After my father stayed at the facility for only seven days before we had to move him elsewhere, it took approximately six months to receive a refund for the unused portion of his …

PositiveI really like this place, a little out of price range but might be able to make it work. [name removed] is amazing. She gave me lots of info. I had very few questions that she answered. This is my #1 choice so far. Have a few more to tour.
★★★★★
CriticalThe facility's appearance, food, activities, and room size were all positive. However, the caregiving did not meet expectations. The community seems to overstate its ability to care for residents with higher needs. There were concerns with medication management. Families considering this location for someone with complex care needs should ask detailed questions about staffing and clinical oversight.
★★★★★
PositiveExcellent communication with nursing staff, Jan especially. I don't hear any comments that the food is bad...I've seen the menu printed up for lunch and dinner so you know what is offered. I know they offer shopping trips bowling and inside activities like bingo and people play card games etc.
