Positive[Name removed] was very accommodating and took the time to provide us with multiple tours. Our first impression upon entering the independent living community was very positive. The open entryway felt welcoming, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The cozy seating area in the middle, along with the open layout leading into the library and up to the second floor, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of the staff and residents we encountered were kind and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable. The…

PositiveThe tour was very enjoyable and informative. The transition for us is still some distance in the future and far too early for us to get on the wait list. However, we will keep it in our short list of possibilities. Thanks

PositiveThe Legacy Reserve-Memory Care facility is a very welcoming facility for my Mom. She is in a safe place with other residents that she calls "my people." Many daily activities are provided for the residents to participate in. Her room has her own furniture, pictures and keepsakes and reminds her of her home. She enjoys the meals provided. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and very helpful to the residents as well as their families. I would recommend this community to others.

CriticalOverall experience of Memory Care: 3 Services to Memory Care (MC) residents are very basic — what the law requires and rarely more. If not for the tenderness of many of the on-floor caregivers, our overall experience would drop quickly to 2, maybe lower. As a result of minimal services, the MC unit is tragically understaffed. The staff there when Dad was a resident was for the most part, tender, dedicated, and completely overwhelmed. To give time, attention, or care to one resident is to take away from another. T…

PositiveThe facility is beautiful. I was very impressed with the memory care area and how nice the staff was.

PositiveMemory care seems to be a step down from Assisted and definitely from Independent care. However, the caregiving staff is kind, patient, and good-humored. All of the staff really see the residents, but even so, there is an institutional approach, rather than personalized, in both food and activities.
