PositiveA few flaws but definitely recommended
Overall the cleanliness, they could definitely work on this. There were issues here and there, but for the most part, I felt like the workers and the administration cared about my mom. Towards the end of my mom's life I had a lot of staff coming and talking to me and crying with me. I feel like they don't have a lot of resources and do the best with the money that they have, that they can. I appreciate them and I would recommend them to anyone else.

The staff is terrific but there is just not enough of them to staff a personal care facility. Assisted Living perhaps but not one that accepts patients who need additional assistance. I have been disappointed in the lack of communication between the leadership team and the staff. Additionally when I have reached out to the Director to address my concerns, she has repeatedly failed to return my calls or e-mails.

The aides were wonderful- caring and friendly and helpful. My friend said the food was good and she had worked in food service so she understood how hard it is to please such a large group. Closet space is limited but it was like that in all the facilities in this price range. The activities and entertainment events are excellent.
