The law is quite clear that care homes must put the well being of their residents first. This doesn't happen at this place, not even close. Carol suffered a head injury, and after a hospital stay and rehab stay at an actual care facility, she was doing amazingly well. Those of us who visited her during this time were sure she would be coming home. Instead she was sent to this place where she has been locked up for months, not allowed a phone, not allowed to go outside, and not allowed to have her friends visit…

I toured Family Loving Kare S3. It's a home that's been converted. It was very good, and the staff was very, very nice and helpful in giving me a tour of the home. They had some activities. They had a dining room. They had their private room and they had a backyard where you could go sit outside. They had laundry and they made all the meals. It was a very homey place. They only had a few people there because it's not a large place.

Family Loving Kare S3 was clean and orderly. The staff was very friendly. They did not have any type of social activities planned for their residents, and I thought that was a little off-putting. You would think they would try to have a social engagement for the residents, but they didn't have a lot. The staff who toured me around, I thought she was great. They have a common and private rooms with televisions and internet. It wasn't anything spectacular. It was average.

I've visited Family Loving Kare S3. Everyone looked to be taken care of, but my feeling was that the only availability was substandard. The room was very small, it was very dark, and the paint was peeling off the walls. There's nothing good about it, so I wouldn't have put anyone there. But some of the rooms that we saw were great. My grandfather moved into Family Loving Kare S3. They do everything from bathing and showering to feeding. The staff members are wonderful, very attentive and on top of it. They're very family-oriented, so they're super nice to us, as well as my grandfather. It is a house, so the rooms are not ginormous. The main area is a lot bigger where they come together and eat. My dad moved into Family Loving Kare S3 last month. It seems fine. It's clean. They're really sweet to the residents. They bathe him. They make sure that he gets fed, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They keep him clean. He seems to be doing well. Everything looks fine. The staff is precious, very sweet. They've been very loving. They get them out. They have snacks, they can watch TV.
